When I was in college at the University of Central Florida, I was set on becoming a teacher. I wanted to use my love for building relationships and storytelling to connect with my students. In 2020, I decided to switch gears into public relations, hoping to shine a light on small businesses, but the pandemic threw a wrench in my plans.

After internships, working at a news station, getting my master’s in public relations from the University of Florida, and working as a freelance publicist, I was back on the job search. The job market was more competitive, so I knew I had to get creative. I decided to use what I’ve learned and pave my own path.
